The State Constitution & Bylaws are on file with East Region. DA's confirmed status of their individual district filings.
Tournament banner formatting was discussed and it was decided that each district would continue to format thier own banner titles.
The "double first base" was discussed due to the 2025 Little League International Tournament revision requirment at regionals and World Series.
- Maryland DA's do not intent to adopt this as a state mandate but will encourage league to implement as they are able.
Ryan Yamagata, President of the Maryland State Umpires Association (MSUA) was introduced and fielded a few questions from the DA's.

Blaine Young was on-hand to keep track of any website updates and to remind DA's that all tournament information can be sent in for posting on the MDStateLL.org website.
